• As an Accounts Payable Associate, I monitor multiple inboxes for any and all incoming invoices, check requests, wire requests and Payables related communication for the twelve companies assigned to me and my teammate for upload and processing in a paperless accounting function. Follow up for any rushed or “non-standard” payment request is also required and entails following the transactions from upload to payment completion and confirmation.
