Headquarters Company, 6th Marine Regiment, 2d Marine Division

• A dedicated leader who made multi-tasking look effortless while filling three billets – Future Ops Chief, Current Ops Chief, Senior Watch Officer, and Training Chief. Provided sound recommendations and quality.

• Exceptional performance as the Course SNCOIC/Lead Instructor for the Battalion’s bid for success during T3/TSULC in which leadership improved the warfighting abilities of the Battalion’s Squad and Team leaders and over.
• Took the initiative and expertly updated the Co COC and leveraged new technology, GREENS (solar) gear/TOC kit, to improve the Co’s ability to exercise C2.
