Headquarters Company, 6Th Marine Regiment, 2D Marine Division

A dedicated leader who made multi-tasking look effortless while filling three billets – Future Ops Chief, Current Ops Chief, Senior Watch Officer, and Training Chief. Provided sound recommendations and quality products. A collaborative leader skilled at making, maintaining, and reinforcing positive working relationships with subordinate, adjacent, and higher commands. Consistently filled school seats within compliance regarding all higher training guidance and orders by maintaining positive relationships with Range Control personnel.• Future Operations Chief – planned and coordinated several training exercises, and five Regimental Command Post Exercises (CPX) that prepared and tested the Regiment’s Command and Control (C2) capabilities which directly contributed to the Regiment’s ability to C2 multiple subordinate commands and communicate both, digitally and via voice to adjacent and higher commands while geographically distributed across the battlespace.• Senior Watch Officer – supervised current C4I systems and architecture and the implementation of the Regiment’s information management plan. Meticulous attention to detail and calm demeanor allowed for the skillful management, filtering, and relay of all information and reports passed by subordinate, adjacent, and higher commands into the Regiment’s leadership, continually building situational awareness through the Regiment’s staff and leadership. Tracked all METs and T&R tasks accomplished during training events. Ensured data was documented and input into the Marine Corps Training Management System (MCTIMS). • Facilitated the execution of the Division Exercise Northern Steel. Coordinated all transportation, led the Forward Command and Control Element, and conducted a ship-to-shore movement of the Forward to and from the USS Oak Hill. Responsible for training 100 Marines on amphibious operations, man overboard drills, general quarter procedures, and embarkation tactics, techniques, and procedures.

3D Battalion, 3D Marines, 3D Marine Division

Self-motivated and action-oriented senior technical and tactical advisor and infantry subject matter expert (SME). Managed the Unit Readiness Program, mentored and developed infantry unit leaders within the Battalion. Led, trained, and mentored the (15) S-3 personnel to increase their confidence and performance, which increased readiness and productivity. Key player in the planning, coordination, embarkation, and debarkation for the Battalion’s redeployment back to Marine Corps Base, Hawaii. • 100% accountability for 1.8M worth of equipment that was successfully transferred to the receiving unit. • Supervised the security, establishment, and displacement of the Combat Operations Center and personnel to ensure a continuous function as the C node.• Oversaw the production, distribution, and submission of all orders, message traffic, and training schedules.

3D Battalion, 3D Marines, 3D Marine Division

Dedicated and proactive leader. Assumed the responsibilities of the Operations Chief and prepared the Battalion for two subsequent deployments to Okinawa, Japan, followed by Darwin, Australia, four weeks later. • Utilized keen interpersonal skills to build relationships and levy contact to help build and support training for each Battalion. Served as the lynchpin for training.• Sought out for SME as an infantryman and instructor. Selected to serve as the SNOIC for the Battalion’s Battle School, training the Battalion’s 70 future team leaders, resulting in a direct and positive impact on combat readiness.• Acted as the Battalion Officer in Charge at Kangaroo Flats Training area from July 21, 2019 – August 25, 2019. Aided in the successful executions of 27 squad live-fire supported attacks, 3 demolition ranges, 9 machine ranges, 3 live-fire rocket ranges, 9 platoon supported attacks, and numerous other Patrol Base Operations and Land Navigation exercises.

3D Battalion, 3D Marines, 3D Marine Division

Aggressive, determined, and knowledgeable – known for getting things done. Hand-selected to train and evaluate Marines during 1st Battalion, 3d Marines MCCRE, and during a Battalion-led T3/TSULC. Supervised and managed the accountability, safety, serviceability, and sanitation of all company equipment, gear, and facilities. Primary advisor to the Company Commander on all enlisted matters. • Exceptional performance as the Course SNCOIC/Lead Instructor for the Battalion’s bid for success during T3/TSULC in which leadership improved the warfighting abilities of the Battalion’s Squad and Team leaders and over 5K Marine. • Took the initiative and expertly updated the Co COC and leveraged new technology, GREENS (solar) gear/TOC kit, to improve the Co’s ability to exercise C2. • Monitored logistical support and coordination, ensuring requirements were met. Assisted in conducting exercise control between all OpFor and BlueFor units

Company A, Headquarters And Instructor Company, Camp Lejeune, Nc

Consistently succeeded in demanding billets above his rank. Ensured the successful training of over 1500 entry-level students, increased training value for specific events and entire POI, and enabled the Battalion’s success through major equipment transitions. Volunteered to serve as the Battalion’s Motorcycle Club Representative. Trained 15 permanent personnel and ensured complete compliance with Marine Corps regulations regarding motorcycle training and riding. Anti-tank Missile Marine Chief Instructor April 2015 – January 2017Once again, selected above senior personnel for this duty. Supervised the completion of (16) 0352 Programs of Instruction across two Training Companies, resulting in both meeting or exceeding its production mission. Successfully trained over 200 Anti-Tank Missile Marines. Also, served as the Officer in Charge or Range Safety Officer for over 80 live-fire ranges. These ranges included live-fire Anti-Tank Missile and Rocket Ranges, and live-fire ranges executed by the 0351 POI. This included demolition, breaching, and Mk-153 Rocket Ranges, resulting in training over (220) 0351 Assault Marines.Platoon Sergeant March 2014 – April 2015Hand-selected over those of a higher rank to serve as the Platoon Sergeant due to knowledge of multiple Weapons Military Occupational Specialties (MOSs) and superior managerial skills.Supervised 11 Combat Instructors across the 0300, 0331, 0341, and 0351 MOSs. Devoted countless hours conducting remedial training, mentoring, and instruction to prepare students for success in their careers.
