I have dedicated my personal and professional life to service. I have a passion for enabling the success of others whether that be a customer, a student, an employee, a leader, or a colleague. I have had been given the gift of great mentorship in my career and it is a gift I wish to give to others. My career spans nearly two decades in higher education split between George Mason University and the University of Virginia. I was an EMT with the Charlottesville-Albemarle Rescue Squad for four years, and have gone on to become an EMT and CPR instructor with Emergency Training Solutions. My B.S. and M.P.A. are from George Mason University and I am currently earning an M.S. in Customer Experience Management from Michigan State University. I am a Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician, a Prosci Change Practitioner, and a Certified Customer Service Professional.
