I work with a wide range of network equipment using Brocade, Dell and IBM at layer 2, Juniper, Cisco, and Arista at Layer 3, and Palo Alto, Cisco, Juniper, and Dell firewalls. Priorities change very rapidly at Bluehost depending on company initiatives and I am required to adapt to using new technology while managing and migrating off of the old. While at Bluehost I lead a team of Network engineers in migrating policy and configuration off of our Juniper Netscreens and onto Palo Alto 5060’s. I lead the company in completion of Networking Jira Tickets. I configured and deployed hundreds of switches for our on site data center. Other day to day duties include configuring new OSPF, IS-IS, and static routes, creating new firewall policy, load balancing with ADX and BSD technologies, mitigating DDoS attacks with Arbor, and training and mentoring other network engineers.

As a project manager my duties include creating projects to fulfill company initiatives and collaborate with teams across departments to carry out those projects. The significant projects I manage pertain to data center operations including anything from server migration and management, to power distribution, to building tools to help support agents relay information to customers.

As a web adviser I provide customer support and troubleshoot issues with DNS, email, Wordpress, and phpMyAdmin. I also help customers with an number of other issues ranging from domain transfers, to restoring hacked websites, to manual or simple script installations of web builders.

As an English tutor I help students by proof reading papers and correcting grammar mistakes. I have also assisted students with writer's block by helping them research their topics and provide ideas for them to write about.As a math tutor I mainly work with students who are struggling in entry level math courses.As a Networking tutor I help students learn basic concepts of to networking including subnetting, routing, the OSI network model, and basic routing.

As a resident assistant at Indiana Tech I work to provide the best possible living environment for students. I have led numerous floor programs and assisted in a number of campus wide events. My duties include handling situations between students, enforcing school policies, organizing events, and building community among residents.

As a Tech Support Intern I am on the front lines of customer support at Bluehost. My duties include troubleshooting site builders such as Wordpress, Joomla, and Drupal. I help customers with domain transfers and hosting changes and fix issues in DNS. I also help customers with various other issues that arise such as hacked websites, broken databases, and email.

As an IT intern my duties include the building and configuration of work stations, preventive maintenance, updating of software on company workstations when needed, and fulfilling daily tasks. Some of the daily tasks include un-jamming plotters and helping employees with changes in their workstations when administrative access is required.

My duties as a rec center staff member include working a register, maintaining and repairing bowling lanes, hosting parties, and providing customer service.

My duties as a concessionist included working a register, stocking, and making the movie theater smell delicious.
