Working as a Business Analyst and a part of the College Talent Program.> The first rotation of the CTP, became lead BA on two different SCRUM teams. One team was largely offshore while the other was primarily on site. Both teams work on building and maintaining Product Master Data Management. Saw a new application through all stages of its development; while working on applications that are in different stages of their life cycles. > The second rotation, spent time working on a new Treasury application and BA work on facilities. Worked on UML documentation and creating and maintaining different documents such as BRDs, Current and Future State Process Models, Use Case Diagrams, etc.

Assist students throughout the year with any requests. Received and distributed packages and mail. Give major feedback about events and planning during the year.

> Joined a Business Analyst working on documents for the EMV project for Canada> Took existing documents and modified them to include things like use case diagrams and future state process models.> The documents I created were later used as templates for the EMV US project.

> Research and created a matrix to find the viability of monitoring programs.> Interacted with many different members of the company to complete a gap analysis of the monitoring software.

I guide associates through different jobs that need to be done around the store. Also I will train new associates on different jobs we have at the store.
