Working in almost every aspect of a fast-paced, high-volume food business, Joseph has grown his skills in leadership, customer service, time management, and inventory management. Joseph has trained over 20 people to perform multiple jobs in the same fast-paced environment. Joseph has led large and small teams to serve high volumes of customers in short time frames, while maintaining high levels of quality and customer service.

Joseph built proprietary automated vision-enabled COVID temperature testing machines to be used in high-traffic applications such as schools, malls, sport arenas, gymnasiums, and other large venues. One application was the venue for the Presidential debate at Belmont University. He installed networked security camera matrix systems in high-profile, high-security indoor and outdoor locations, such as Apple fulfillment centers. He also was involved in marketing initiatives and business analysis of projects of over $1,000,000 in revenue each. While working at Herring, Joseph learned to interface with clients, vendors, management, and coworkers to delivery products and services on strict timelines.

Joseph built upon his skills in customer service, inventory management, and training while at GFS. Joseph routinely restocked and organized large shipments of food goods.
