Furthering my management style and skills, managing a small team of multi-trade engineers, planning for UK OPS in a busy SFAB albeit in its conceptual stages. Having moved the workshop from Chepstow, South Wales and re-establishing the environment into Cottesmore, Rutland we are now into the normal jogging but also re-evaluating phase

Bringing an enthusiastic, motivated and thorough attitude to an already well established LAD. Working to develop junior tradesmen and women of all trades within the workshop whilst maintaining my own professional profile.

A diverse role spread across the spectrum of areas within a busy workshop. Working closely with the OC LAD on delicate welfare issues ensuring soldiers remained included and looked after whilst convalescing and/or recovering. Leading the LAD training program and ensuring soldiers were held at high readiness levels correctly providing the Regiment with well trained and motivated tradesmen and women. Concurrently providing tradesmen and women with opportunities to develop their profiles within the Regiment and the Brigade by force preparing individuals for career and trade courses. Offering my military training instructional skills and experience to the wider Regiment on Sqn level collective training exercises.Acting as the LADs lead for Adventurous Training deploying individuals on individual courses, collective, multi-activity training and offering junior instructors the opportunity to pass on their knowledge to others whilst also delivering distributed training to other units on request.

I support the battalions' companies and maintain a strict inspection regime throughout the year whilst carrying out adhoc taskings, repairs and modifications to weapon systems. I manage a team if 6 Armourers with a range of experiences and competencies. Their training falls to me whether that be trade related courses or career progression training.

I am a Class 1 Armourer currently working in Bovington at ATDU. I am part of the Warrior Capability and Sustainability Program team. Currently I offer EC and ease of maintenance advice to industry for them to build and integrate the new warrior turret systems effectively. I offer EC support to the Industries GFE equipment and run an MEI schedule in order to keep their kit in the road when they need it.I have provided ES for LMUK's Qatar IFV project working with a team of civilian engineers, helping to integrate the LMUK turret to Patria 8x8 on ranges in Otterburn and Qatar. I carried out 40mm CTAI Cannon Examination of Ordnance periodically in line with trial schedules.

Class 1 Armourer JNCO running the Armourer department, managing 20 Junior Armourers, managing work loads from external unit and supplying man power. During my tenure I completed a tour of duty in Afghanistan where I supported the withdrawal of MOD equipment. I was taken on as the Weapons SME for the in theatre ECI team providing EC advice to in theatre units.

Managed the inspection schedule of over 300 weapon systems spread across 8 locations in 6 countries throughout Europe. Provided ES advice in a tri-service environment. Maintaining the Arms Kote within Brunssum. Radiation Protection Supervisor for the Arms Kote. Managed the transportation or weapons across European borders in and out of Holland.

I provided EC support to a number of Armoured Companies. I worked extensively with the Recce Platoon on their CVR(T) fleet keeping there turret weapon systems, turret electrical systems and turret mechanical systems in the hands of an extremely busy user. I completed a tour of Iraq providing EC support to the BAOC's fleet of RWS fitted Bulldog Armoured Fighting Vehicles. Conducted 20+ turret lifts on the Warrior platform in conjunction with TFSU, Mönchengladbach in preparation for the Bowman Uplift of the fleet.

Working within a fitter section of an Armoured Company with an Armoured Infantry Unit, providing EC to a fleet of warriors' turret systems and mounted weapon systems. Conducting scheduled inspections and maintenance on small arms and sighting systems. I completed CVR(T) Driver and Commander qualification and H Cat Licence.

On the Job training provided by a Class 1 Armourer leading to Class 2 status. I provided EC support to the Regiments armouries spread across 3 locations in the UK. I also provided EC support to the Regiments 1 Armoured Sqn's 43 series Armoured Ambulance fleet.
