Currently working with the 1st Bn Royal Anglian Regiment as the LAD 2IC and Armourer Artisan SSgt to maintain a good equipment care ethos throughout the armouries I support. I conduct operational planning, project management and HR management to a great, motivated multi-trade team within a legislative, policy and process driven organisation.My secondary role, I manage a great team of four Armourers and together provide support to the companies ranges, equipment care training and the wider battalions' operational commitments. I provide assurance to trade activities and guidance to higher formations for all weapon related issues.

I worked extensively with the Recce Platoon on their CVR(T) fleet keeping there turret weapon systems, turret electrical systems and turret mechanical systems in the hands of an extremely busy user. I completed a tour of Iraq providing EC support to the BAOC's fleet of RWS fitted Bulldog Armoured Fighting Vehicles. Conducted 20+ turret lifts on the Warrior platform in conjunction with TFSU, Mönchengladbach in preparation for the Bowman Uplift of the fleet.
