I have had many responsibilities and tasks throughout the years that I have been at NCBRT. I have been responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance of databases, creating and troubleshooting reports(SSRS) in SQL server. I am currently working on implementing a PowerBI system to allow management to be able to use data in a newer more powerful way. In addition, I am the administrator for our data scanning, verification, and imaging software (Abbyy Flexicapture Distributed). I am also an assistant administrator for our SharePoint 2013 environments, where I troubleshoot issues as they arise and make sure to install updates and configuration fixes as needed. Recently, I was a part of a two-person team, where we completely revamped our organization website with a very short deadline. I also help with evaluating new software products, configuration changes, and opportunities to help make life better for all end users. I have gained experience with Vmware, Veeam, SANs, Active Directory and other infrastructure technologies. Another major role that I have includes collecting and reporting on all NDPC training providers data to many different people in all levels of government after events or incidents occur. I also enjoy being a part-time teacher for LSU’s Continuing Education, where I instruct classes focusing on databases.

I worked on the SAP/Agile Assets implementation for the State of Louisiana. Served as the state technical lead for the Agile Assets component of the project. My responsibilities included: Data extraction from legacy systems, cleansing, and loading into the new system. Creation and management of stored procedures, triggers, and other various coding tasks. Managed/edited Interfaces between SAP and Agile Assets.Managed windows mobile devices in both the Agile system and SAP for the warehousing process.Many other tasks.
