Working in a diverse environment, my key role within the team was being in charge of the development, production and delivery of MICE ( Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions ) events. My key responsibilities were :• Ensure a great understanding of the clients’ event objective and specific requirements• Develop creative concepts to fit different clientele base and type of event• Build relationships, network and communicate with clients, suppliers and partners• Evaluate the requirements of individual events, preparing a detailed costing quotation• Orchestrate the entire event from proposal submission stage through to managing the delivery ofthe event
