Notable achievements: Crafted and successfully implemented a 5-year IT plan for the organization focusing on mobility and migration to cloud services. Responsible for the data and voice infrastructure of the new Ayala Museum, leading to being assigned a bigger responsibility in network administration. Migrated email system and office productivity tools to cloud-based Office365, and of migrating company websites to hosted servers Re-Built the core infrastructure of the organization by migrating to Active Directory, and migrating Exchange and Firewall servers. Chosen for a 3-month Leadership Excellence Acceleration Program (LEAP), a development program designed and conducted by Harvard Business Publishing for the highest potential employees to address a foreseen leadership shortage

Streamlined the IT operations, procedures, and activities within two months of joining the organization, reducing system downtime and increasing availability of IT services. Introduced an Excel-based inventory system to monitor what was considered an “un-managed” inventory dispatching and monitoring. Reduced re-order amount by 17%. Implemented the Salon and Spa System (SalonBiz) that covers point-of-sales, appointment booking, cash monitoring and accounting, and inventory.o Initial 33 Salons have already been installed and hooked up to the Head Office. The project included training of all concerned personnel.
