Administratively, I developed a training resource that includes the desired service standards expected of our Care Ambassadors. This resource stands as a centralised and unifying document across all Care Ambassadors, no matter their aptitude. Continuous learning is also of importance to an ever-evolving role of a Care Ambassador as patient needs are also evolving, therefore, I look out for potential training programmes / develop individualised coaching programmes to push our Care Ambassadors to grow and learn in their field of expertise. Working closely alongside the other prongs in the department, and , the entire department works seamlessly to synergise innovation, training and execution to develop the unique CGH service brand. -
