I took up various role with providing business solution, coordinating communications with different parties, leading a team to execute app test and delivery assurance. The mobile app was successfully drives >200,000 app download and >176,000 members registration in the first 3 months of app launched. Data shown over 88% unique members made purchase by using the app while 35.5% of member sales using the app out of total sales.Hong Kong Observatory Landmark – Mobile App RevampAs the project lead, I teamed up with innovation technical, creative and mobile teams to come up with a brand new interactive Mobile App. The team design an innovation app with AR, Ibeacon and VR technology that create the tourist engagement with local base action. In this project, I responsible for project management, providing business solution and delivery assurance. The mobile app was attained silver award on Excellence in Travel and Hospitality Marketing and Bronze award on Excellence in Mobile Marketing.
