I have an established track record of developing standards and certification programs in food, agriculture, cosmetics and textiles, along with broad and deep experience in FDA and USDA government affairs, PR and communications, content strategy, investor relations and learning and development, along with the leadership, financial management and strategic planning skills necessary to lead a large and high functioning team. I believe that most consumers want to make a positive impact and vote with their dollars for the kind of world in which they want to live, but they are too often led astray by confusing and misleading label claims, greenwashing and a lack of clear and actionable information. I’ve spent my career solving this set of problems through rigorous standards and accessible, relatable information that builds deep trust between consumers and brands.
