White Sands Pharma and Ezra Ventures, subsidiary companies operated by Ezra Innovations, are dedicated to innovation in the therapeutic categories of gastroenterology and disorders of the central nervous system.Recruited to lead the transition of drug development candidates from clinical-stage to commercial-stage, revenue generating assets. Additional responsibilities include; a) the development of commercialization strategies and design of brand plans for drug candidates in development, b) lead asset divestiture and out-licensing initiatives for the portfolio of brand and generic assets entering late-stage development, c) provide commercial perspectives and guidance on early-stage clinical development programs, d) prepare and conduct private placement offerings to secure necessary working capital, and e) facilitate information exchange between Ezra Management, the Board of Directors, and Shareholders.

Exeltis USA, Inc. is the US branded division of the Chemo Group, a privately-owned pharmaceutical company operating across the entire pharmaceutical value chain, delivering expertise in scientific research, development, manufacturing, sales and marketing of a wide range of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), finished dosage forms (FDFs), and branded pharmaceuticals.Engaged by the CEO following a transformational acquisition to establish a fully integrated commercial organization and equip the team to deliver incremental revenue growth and profit goals for the expanded company. Additional responsibilities included; a) management of divisional and consolidated commercial P&Ls, b) direction and oversight of the sales forecasting and budget planning processes, c) design and of pricing and contracting strategies, d) development and implementation of brand plans, and e) sales force optimization and execution.

Meda Pharmaceuticals, Inc. operated as the US subsidiary of Stockholm-based Meda AB, an international pharmaceutical company specializing in the acquisition and commercialization of branded prescription, generic prescription, and direct-to-consumer products. Between 2003 and 2012, I held various positions in sales management and marketing including District Sales Manager, Marketing Brand Manager, Regional Sales Director, Director of Marketing, and National Sales Director. In late 2012, I was promoted to Vice-President of Sales with primary responsibilities for leading the Company's 300-person sales organization to deliver forecasted sales revenues for the Meda US branded prescription portfolio of products. In this capacity, I served as a Member of the US Executive Team and functioned as a key contributor on all commercial and business development endeavors.
