Co-Founded Managed Service Provide with a partner. I handle Project Management and the technical aspects of this organization, particularly offering upgrade paths and solutions to our clients. I manage the setups of Windows Servers, Group Policies, Office 365 licensing and user setup including scripting PowerShell to grant rights. Our company offers firewalls, cisco switches, and Ring Central VOIP services. I manage all of these projects as the System Administrator and when we hire on outside resources to augment our services on larger projects such as migrations of hardware equipment for larger offices I handle the technicians directly.
