She has more than 10 years of experience in executive search with the exposure of handling regional and niche searches in highly critical level in many organizations. Her recent years in the search industry with international search firms have seen her in strategic roles, where she was responsible for spearheading executive searches in industries including manufacturing, semiconductors, chemical, supply chain and technology.
