    Brand Development:During my time with SSENSE we successfully launched Random Identities by Stefano Pilati. Following our launch and exclusivity, I created a go to wholesale plan for the brand to achieve their targeted growth plans. I took ownership over developing action plans for our internal portfolio of brand investments, I would study their efficiency, areas of strengths and weakness, market awareness, etc and provide direction as to how to best improve and grow the brands. Design & Development:Creative Director of the initial private label collection. I built the framework and workflow for a private label program within the SSENSE infrastructure while also designing and merchandising the initial collections. I developed a partnership with Japanese textile and production partner to be the backbone of our new supply chain. I partnered with the marketing and buying teams to develop strategy and pioneer new lanes of communication for successful and scalable growth leveraging their expertise. This initiative was a new concept within SSENSE one I was recruited to build from scratch. Collaborations: Lead cross channel ideation for creative marketing partnerships and collaborations that elevated and expanded the SSENSE brand. I identified opportunities for partnerships/collaborations and how they aligned with the SSENSE purpose and principals. I lead the creation and activations around these potential collaborations with the marketing and buying teams.

Additionally I was able to open a strong business for the GHSTS brand with Bloomingdales in their top tier doors. I was the creative director of the label with my focus being on the mens collection as well as lead the merchandising of the collection, my partner Sam McElrath designed womens collection as well as was the director of sampling and patternmaking. We collaborated on the direction of the collection as well as the inspirations. GHSTS was tapped by the Sydell Group Hotels to design and produce co-branded uniforms for their property The Line Hotel DC. We partnered with the hotel and create a unique uniform experience for their staff that was made in USA and aligned with the creative vision of The Line Hotel brand.
