Throughout my internship in the Supply Chain Department, I was responsible in: 1. Compiling and recording Certificates of Analysis (COA) relates to packaging materials, chemicals used, and the quality of crates.2. Perform quality inspection of monthly new beer kegs and supported the tracking process to rectify or reject these kegs daily in cases where faults or defects were identified.3. Assist in beer sample collection and sample storing.4. Laboratory analyses which include performing tests such as pH, final attenuation, bitterness tests as well as measuring the alcohol volume per volume percentage (ABV), alcohol weight per weight percentage (ABW), apparent extract, real extract, and original gravity on daily production beer samples.5. Preparation of beer samples for sensory evaluation which involved conducting a sensory Triangle taste test, paired comparison test, or duo-trio test. 6. Support in analyzing carbon dioxide and foreign gas levels on the sleek can products from the new production line launched by HMB.
