Assist the US National Guard training mentors prepare an After Action Review (AAR) utilizing a playback of GPS data in the form of 3D and 2D maps, as well as handheld video in order to prepare soldiers for deployment overseas.• Execute 2-4 annual training exercises (XCTX & MTS) in various training sites throughout the U.S. • Responsible for training, scheduling and management of new and returning temporary hires.• Manage the setup and maintenance of equipment needed to facilitate instrumented After Action Reviews. • Interface with client when building After Action Reviews, including guidance on material and facilitating the many tools at their disposal.• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair hardware problems arising in MAARC equipment and facilities. • Maintain up to date hardware, software and relevant data on all computers.• Responsible for the physical inventory and documentation of all MAARC equipment, in accordance with SRI International and ARNG standards
