-Established a nonprofit organization in 2013 to develop community led urban agriculture projects and programs.-Raised 1.2M through grants and contracts over 6 years to support programs and projects.-Achieve targeted growth of 30% or more in organizational revenue annually.-Hire and oversee a staff of 3FTE and 8PTE/Seasonal employees.-Build community partnerships with schools, non-profits, and government agencies to support our mission.-Report to the Board of Directors monthly on budget, finances, fundraising, and program development.-Perform all administrative and bookkeeping responsibilities.-Lead the Policy Team for the CT Farm to School Collaborative, acheiving legislative success in passing the CT Grown for CT Kids Grants program in the CT General Assembly.-Cultivate and sustain individual donors and ongoing partnerships with foundations.
