Joey serves as Gradian’s Vice President of Engineering and Product who leads the company’s strategy and management of product development and manufacturing. Joey's team is responsible for architecting the production philosophy for Gradian's OEM products as well as ensuring a sustainable future for all of Gradian's products for their customers.Joey's experience spans various areas within the medical industry and global nonprofit space. His focus has been medical device development, sustaining engineering, and supply chain management. Most recently, he led the development of Gradian's latest UAM and K-O2 at a partner research and development organization.

I work with research scientists to determine instrument requirements and then design instruments to meet the requirements. As an integral part of a small team, I am actively involved in all aspects of instrument part development, from design to build and deployment.Design work is increasingly focused on automation.
