Started in 2001 as an estimator while in college. Soon became sales manager, then Senior Project Manager, then Operations Manager, then General Manager. In 2008 I was given the opportunity to purchase the company, which I enthusiastically agreed to. For the next 7 1/2 years my vision for the company quadrupled its annual revenue by modernizing our online presence during the infancy of social media, growing our in house staff from 6 to 35, opening a second office, adopting Xactimate as our estimating software, creating the first of a kind video-inspection service for clients who had scheduling challenges but needed an estimate for less complex projects, requiring quarterly hands on training for all in house repair technicians, attending and participating in several national conventions to stay current on material technology and business methodology, offering the only LIFETIME WORKMANSHIP warranty of any company in the restoration business, and enforcing a strict, world class customer service experience to every single client regardless of the size of their account. This resulted in our company winninng the BBB Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics-Medium Sized Business, a first for a contractor. Our reputation was solid in the Nashville market. We participated in fund raisers and made sure that we gave back to our community because without our customers we would be nothing. Very often you would hear me tell my employees during our morning meetings that we were a "customer service company who helps our clients navigate the confusion and frustration that comes, by design, with filing a claim... but we also do amazing construction work"
