The main objective of this position is, working with the Worship Pastor, to encourage all present, on the worship team and congregation, to live a life of praise and worship. All are encouraged to use their talents and abilities to lead, but most of all engage, in worship.The duties include:• Leading the orchestra – Leading rehearsal for orchestra in preparation for all services. Insuring that all members have music for all services, and writing all music that is not available for purchase. Planning rehearsal times and music prior to all rehearsal times. Working with individual musicians to insure that they are prepared for all services. • Assisting with choir and praise team – Assisting the Worship Pastor during, and in his absence, with praise team and choir rehearsals. Directing the choir in the absence of the Worship Pastor.• Planning of services and programs – Working with the Worship Pastor to choose music, drama, dance, or any other aspects of worship and special programs. I provide all involved with a comprehensive list of order of service to insure that all involved are aware of the entire service. • Pianist – Principle pianist for all services and programs.

During this time, Delta was in the top 3 industry wide ratings.• Developed and implemented a program in warehouse inventory control, tracking and tracing all unclaimed bags into the warehouse, accumulating information on each bag on arrival, inventory, storage and release. Returned property to customers increased by over 50% the first year.• Received outstanding positive comments from team members on employee reviews, as well as exceptional feedback from senior management.
