I am an entrepreneur with a passion for changing the world of healthcare through innovation. I founded Vault Bioventures in 2009 to assist biotech and pharma executives maximize the impact and value of their innovation. Recently, our team created two new business ventures to carry out our mission - Vault Global Health, which will leverage public/private partnerships to accelerate adoption of life science innovation and address disparities of care in the application of innovation; and Vault Biosciences, built to incubate new innovative treatments in chronic disease and digital therapeutics.I have spent the entirety of my 30+ year career in the biopharmaceutical industry with a singular focus on life science innovation. From sales representative to senior executive of a multinational pharmaceutical company, my career comprises a successive progression of responsibility in a variety of positions across the value chain, culminating in organizational leadership roles delivering transformational impact for patients and businesses. The growth and experience I gained gave me a unique understanding of market dynamics and the perspective required to uncover missed value creation opportunities across the product, brand, and business spectrum. My clinical and commercial background allows me to create strategies that are highly impactful, executable and realistic.
