Our commitment is to help communities and government agencies partner to build lasting relationships that center communication, accountability, respect and equity.With my lived experience and background in urban planning, I bring a passion for empowering historically marginalized communities to my career in public engagement. I am personally committed to EnviroIssues' anti-racism journey to uplift and elevate Black, Indigenous and People of Color, internally and externally. I project manage and support several projects in the transportation and energy sectors, while also co-leading equity efforts throughout our organization.

- Led the public involvement strategy design that will result in equitable outreach in underserved communities within the project study area- Coordinated outreach tools and tasks based on the International Association for Public Participation’s (IAP2) public participation spectrum leading to intentional engagement- Led content developer for outreach materials to ensure the translation of complex information into understandable messages for the public

- Coordinated program outreach in two inner-Portland communities, resulting in the participation of incentive-based programs that help reduce single automobile use- Researched programs and policies to create quantifiable evaluation criteria for project efficacy - Managed graphic design for the City of Portland’s proposed bicycle parking zoning code update, resulting in a handbook for the public- Supported project managers in transportation program delivery and continuity while utilizing an equity lens to achieve PBOT’s equity matrix goals

- Directed and supported team to set and achieve store sales and customer service goals, leading to the highest customer service ratings district-wide- Cultivated a positive, exciting work atmosphere that increased team members’ productivity and motivation to support overall store goals- Engaged with diverse clientele to address needs and expectations, resulting in exemplary customer service and frequent recognition from store managers and customers - Initiated in-store sustainability goals that led to store standards for waste reduction

- Facilitated programs to engage students in education of environmental problems and solutions- Developed program materials for schools that increased student engagement and involvement in outdoor activities and volunteerism

- Created and managed an Excel database of sustainability program participants in order to maximize campus sustainability efforts - Developed and initiated university sustainability events that informed and educated students, faculty, and staff on what they can do to create a greener campus community

- Created a GIS map to illustrate the use of water-refill stations- Collaborated with multiple student organizations for campus-wide events- Supervised at least 12 student organization members at any given time- Organized community outreach and volunteering events
