I currently serve as Center Executive Director of a 172 bed Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center/Assisted Living in Fairmont, WV. I started in July of 2017 and currently manage the largest facility operated by Genesis in the state of WV.

Develop special projects that add value to the work site and defend project processes and outcomes. Evaluates work weekly to identify progress and upcoming assignments. Provides center management team with support and feed back how the Center operates and how it may improve. Very knowledgeable with laws, regulations, and guidelines governing healthcare administration. Familiar with reimbursement regulations and procedures pertaining to healthcare administration.

Control inventory of stock, order items in as needed to meet customer expectations, in control of all Human Resources at the store I work at, consisting of personal leave/vacation time, maternity leave, excused/unexcused absences and all other requirements laid out in the Employee Handbook. Assist in the hiring process of employees by doing background checks and following up with listed references. Control day-to-day operations and make daily decisions that are in the best interest of the company. Work in a fast paced environment that includes answering telephone, ordering parts, provide quality customer service to meet customer need. Consult with various professionals to provide to best possible service at our shop. Make schedule for employees on a week to week basis, in control of closing/opening of store as well as Quality Management of service for company.

Developed marketing plans that maximize use of funds, as the company I worked for was a non-profit organization. Increased the marketing value of the organization by generating over $10,000 dollars in donations. Mentored at-risk youth in Southern WV. Worked directly with media, schools, community organizations, local businesses and general public to promote the mission the nonprofit organization was striving to achieve. Represented the company at community and business events ranging from 15 to 3000 people
