Founder of the first professional coaching training course in Cambodia. In the role of Head of Faculty, I am responsible for the design of the training curriculum as well as the training of Faculty members.This rigorous and experiential certification process, equips coaches to become transformative presences for their clients, training in our Connection-Centred Transformative Coaching framework. We set our curriculum apart by focusing on presence, embodiment and the processing of emotions - crucial for lasting transformation, especially in a country with a recent history of intense trauma such as Cambodia. We combine tried and tested learnings from the most ancient wisdom with modern discoveries in neuroscience and psychology to inform our methodology. Currently preparing for submission to become accredited with the ICF (Level 1 organisation).

Leadership is a highly sought-after skill, and much is written about the topic. There are many popular frameworks seeking to help people understand how to be a better leader. There are courses that teach you important skills needed for effective management (which we often use interchangeably as leadership). Many of these frameworks are based on an outdated paradigm which tells us that there are ‘leaders’ and there are ‘followers’. Leadership becomes role-based and positional, with those at the “top” being the ones qualified to lead. Frameworks based on this paradigm will only prepare you to slot into the existing rigid top-down, control-based system that stifles connection, creativity and empowerment.This course will start by examining our preconceptions about what it means to be a leader – to embody leadership. We will consider that everyone is a leader, when being a leader means we are responsible for our world. We will explore what being “responsible for our world” means, and how to live this out, overcoming the challenges that stand in our way.This course does not aim to have you be an expert of leadership theory. In fact, we will spend very little time on the academic study leadership, instead focusing on exploring what it means for us to embody leadership in our lives and taking the practical steps to developing this for ourselves.
