-Plan, implement, and manage all phone and data network systems.-Manage 2-site Windows/Linux environment with 18 servers, including web servers, email and SQL servers and over 700 workstations; maintain domain with the following technologies: 802.11b/g/n, Active Directory, VPN, IPSec, DHCP, DNS, Apache, IIS, MySQL, DFS, and Exchange.-Monitor network and systems and identify and resolve issues to improve operability and efficiency.-Analyze IT systems and make recommendations for planning and growth based on projected increase in student body and staff.-Supervise and instruct 3-5 employees and 2-4 college- and high school-level interns.-Communicate with persons at all levels of the charter school community, including daily direction on technical issues, technical training, and formal presentation of information and ideas.-Negotiate and manage ongoing telecommunications and IT service contracts and oversee all purchasing related to telecommunications and IT.-Provide technology instruction for users at all levels; from classroom teaching of technology courses for students in 6th-12th grades to training of charter school staff members and parents to presenting for system administrators at statewide conferences.

-Planned and directed all technology training, hardware and software acquisition, maintenance, and inventory at four countywide club locations.-Led a team to develop a comprehensive technology plan for BGC Larimer County that provided a framework for staff technology training, software and hardware acquisition, upgrades and maintenance.-Developed partnerships with local businesses and universities to secure arts and technology resources and recruited volunteers to support the continued growth of the organization. -Provided technical support for all club locations and events, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing computer hardware and peripherals.-Implemented and taught a variety of technology programs for school-aged youth.-Initiated, developed and completed a plan to create the first recording studio designed just for teen use in the Northern Colorado area; obtained funds, equipment and discounts; designed and built the studio; educated staff and club members; and maintained and updated equipment as needed.
