Completed an 8 Month Co-Op while complete the last semester at University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Was asked to stay on an extra 2 weeks to assist in the onboarding process of the incoming Co-Op. Trained and assisted the Co-Op virtually over Microsoft Teams.Co-Op responsibilities included both internal and external customers. During my Co-Op I was responsible for over 1,700 parts, with about 500 coming from outside suppliers. These suppliers were both domestic and international, including suppliers on 3 continents (Asia, Europe and North America). Was also responsible for the interplant flow of parts going to Mercury Racing to support the Great White Racing Series. As a cycle count my job was to Skills and StrengthsTime management was a key to success. Whether it was deciding when to stop searching for a part or planning out which parts to count first. Working weekends meant I had 3 days to finish 5 days of work. Flexibility was a strength of mine. I learned how to do almost any job in the materials department. Allowing my managers to use me as a safety net incase they needed a fill in.
