Includes all of the responsibilities listed below (Full Stack Engineer) as well as...* Lead daily standups to assess team progress towards deadlines and expected release dates* Communicate with the board/investors and translate any actionable work into tickets for the development team* Assist in managing sprints by providing input on ticket priorities and estimated work hours* Ensure the team is adhering to best practices by keeping up to date with the industry and translating any new knowledge into usable practices for the team* Manage codebase (merging, deploys, etc.)* Provide guidance to team members with their tickets (design, workflow, clarification, best practices, etc.)* Document certain dev and devOps workflows and guidelines to maintain a uniform approach to said processes with a goal of minimizing unexpected behavior from irregular workflows* Have fun with the team while doing my job :)

* See tickets from conception to merge within an agile environment* Design or participate in designing future features/existing features that need a rework* Implement said designs while adhering to best practices* Ensure robustness of code by packaging with several layers of automated tests* Manage continuous integration setup* Manage deploys, versioning, and release notes compilation for the application* Manage deployed instances and related microservices* Interview prospective co-workers and review coding challenge submissions
