At SoundCloud, I led product and engineering for the Creator organization. Our mission was to help artists at any stage of their career maximize their revenue and grow their audiences.My team built SoundCloud for Artists from idea to launch. SoundCloud for Artists enables artists to:- Monetize content on SoundCloud- Distribute it off platform to stores like Spotify and Apple- Promote their content through marketing opportunities- View audience insights and analytics- Receive royalties from 200+ stores- Get paidI’m passionate about developing a product and engineering culture that is customer-centric and values speed of execution and product quality. My teams are scrappy, talented and most importantly, empowered to own the products they develop. The result of this is that we are constantly shipping products that delight our customers and that we are proud of.

Acquired by SoundCloud in 2019.Co-founder / CTORepost is an artist services and distribution company that enables artists to earn a living through their audiences online. I was the co-founder and CTO of Repost and helped build the business from its inception to its acquisition by SoundCloud in 2019. During my time, I architected and developed the platform, built the engineering from the ground up and crafted the product vision and strategy. Additionally, I assisted in fundraising and developing a strong culture of building great technology and always think of the customer.

FreedomPop was a wireless internet and mobile phone service provider based in Los Angeles. At FreedomPop, I was one of the first 5-10 engineers hired and I helped build out a number of foundational systems, including billing systems and usage tracking. We used primarily Java and Spring for our core applications, as well as Python for scripting and DevOps work. FreedomPop was a great learning experience for me as an engineer because I had to wear a lot of different hats and learned the value of working fast in a startup environment.

At DIRECTV, I was a software engineer on the Broadcast Software Operations team. I helped build Java-based internal tooling and applications to support our Broadcast Operations team.
