My role primarily focuses on the following key areas:- Product Content Development: I create, update, and optimize product descriptions, specifications, and multimedia content. This ensures that customers have access to accurate, engaging, and detailed information that supports their purchasing decisions. Attention to SEO and the latest content trends is essential to ensure maximum visibility and relevance.- Webshop Management via CMS: I manage and maintain the webshop using a Content Management System (CMS), ensuring product pages, landing pages, and promotional banners are up-to-date and functioning properly. I also monitor and troubleshoot any issues that may arise to ensure a seamless shopping experience.- Newsletter Creation & Management: I design and send newsletters that engage our customers, delivering targeted marketing messages, special promotions, and updates on new products. These newsletters play a crucial role in keeping our audience informed and driving return visits to the webshop.- Partner Promotions: I coordinate and manage promotions with various business partners and vendors. This involves executing campaigns, ensuring proper visibility on our labels, and tracking performance to optimize future partnerships.In this role, I combine creativity with technical know-how, balancing content creation, site maintenance and coding to contribute to the success of the webshop. I provided specialized technical support for a dedicated group of customers, focusing on the rapidly growing smartphone market. During this time, smartphones were a new and emerging technology, and our team played a crucial role in supporting and educating customers about these devices.
