I am currently the Lead Graphic Designer at The Gorilla Glue Company, where I lead the in-house design team. Gorilla Glue has three brands: Gorilla Glue, O’Keeffe’s and Lutz Tools. I work closely with marketing, sales and executive leadership to create and manage each of these different brands and design work. These projects include packaging, brochures, sales collateral, design andtrafficking of advertisements and various other projects. Recently, I worked on a team with several staff members to refresh the overall look of Gorilla Glue’s packaging. I also did a brand overhaul for the O’Keeffe’s Company when it was newly acquired by Gorilla Glue.

At the Cincinnati Reds, I worked in the Creative Services department, which was a fast-paced working environment. I was expected to handle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of creativity. I was able to fulfill and exceed these expectations by staying upbeat, organized, focused and properly managing my time. My primary responsibility at the Reds was working with internal clients to create relevant marketing pieces that met their needs and business strategies. Those pieces included high impact projects, brochures, stadium displays, promotions, presentations and more. I led these projects from beginning to end by offering advice to create aesthetically pleasing and well-organized pieces, solving problems, identifying appropriate mediums and working with printers.
