Responsible for the management of all 'Back of House' and 'Outside the Red Line' operations for the Olympic Triathlon and Marathon Swimming events during London 2012 that also included production and submission of all key documentation and considerable external stakeholder liaison with the key relevant agencies and authorities.

Responsible for the operational project delivery of the national roll out of the charity's new overnight walking marathon event to London (10,000 participants starting and finishing at the O2 Arena), Glasgow (3,500 participants starting and finishing at the SECC) and Manchester (4,000 participants starting and finishing at the MCCC).
