I created and managed quality content for colleagues and managers across all of NAB's HR channels.My tasks included: - providing feedback and guidance on online content to content owners on writing standards- identify and resolve issues in relation to colleague content and usability; and- establish continuous improvement opportunities to simplify and improve content and colleagueexperience.I used ServiceNow to edit and create articles for the bank's internal audiences (over 22,000 permanent and 16,000 contract staff). I also used SharePoint (on prem) and SharePoint Online, migrating content to ServiceNow and the new SPO intranet platform. I also created a bespoke communications site (in SharePoint) for the P&C division.This involved working closely with senior staff in the People and Culture division and project teams involved in content uplift and service enhancements.
