PMO Planet is a PMO and Portfolio Management Consultancy working with private sector organisations and government departments.Specialising in the set up and running of PMO's on Portfolio's or large / complex Programmes, across both Business and I.T. disciplines, in both Agile and Waterfall style delivery.

Responsibilities•Accountable for leading recruitment teams with a target of filtering 6000 CV's, 2000 Interviews and 500 recruited people per year for various contact centres across the UK•Develop Strategies to promote the organisation to entice potential candidates to apply for positions within RBS•Measure the effectiveness of these strategies and make recommendations for the allocation of budget on the various initiatives to promote the organisation•Leading multi-location recruitment teams, responsible for Demand Planning and Recruitment targets over 3 regions (Yorkshire, Bristol and Southampton), ensuring the vacancy fulfilment targets are achieved with the correct calibre of candidates.•Ensure each regional recruitment interviewing team is performing against the recruitment fulfilment targets.•Design, develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract potential candidates. Implement strategy to budget constraints, and analyse the effectiveness. E.g. Combinations of Job fairs, open days, advertising, Agency incentives, fishing for CV’s etc.•Raise, promote and sell the profile of the company brand, to attract and keep potential candidates ‘warm’ when offers are made.•Manage and develop relationships with third party suppliers of recruitment e.g. Agencies (Hays, Adecco, Brook Street, Office Angels, Reeds, etc), and Government Organisations (Job Centre, Connextions, A4E, etc).•Ensure all recruitment teams are conducting interviews to HR policy and legal requirements. Give feedback and coaching on areas for development where standards fall short.•Report performance to Executive Directors via the collation of Management Information (M.I.) across a variety of KPI’s. Analyse the M.I. and give narrative explanation on the KPI(s) performance. •Collaborating with Senior Leaders, Directors, MD's across the business areas to identify specialist roles.•Manage and deliver ad-hoc departmental projects set by Senior Management.
