Manage, maintain and develop the logistics department including; service processes, credit control, customer training, forecasting, import and export, loan trial equipment, stock and warehouse management, ordering and invoicing processing supplier invoices and hardware repairsManage a team of four staff, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance. Control the full logistics process, linking production with customer requirements manage the process from forecasting through to inventory control. Run and report financial period end reports. Responsible for setting up two new projects in Ireland, this involved close working with project teams as well as having a clear understanding of the customer needs and their business.
