The path to my life purpose has been indirect to say the least! Over many years and in many different environments and contexts I have established myself as a heart led leader, which has culminated in the ownership and directorship of Learning to Listen. As a business, I'm proud to say LtL has absolutely transformed into a thriving place of transformational change for young people and adults alike, many who are facing numerous challenges in their lives.The expansion and development of Learning to Listen and the incredible team that work within it, inspires me every day without fail. I have a mission to ensure that everyone that comes through the farm gates has the opportunity to be heard, to find their rightful pathway and eventually leave us more equipped and empowered to successfully create their future lives than when they arrived.There are so many moments here that fill us with joy, even in the face of hearing and seeing some dreadful adversity and pain. These are the moments that drive the on-going mission and will continue to do so for many years to come.
