Assignment Lead on the Digital Transformation Programme at High Peak Staffordshire Moorlands, the Single View of Debt data project at East Riding of Yorkshire Council and an Enterprise Architecture discovery project for Aberdeenshire Council.Other recent assignments during 2022-23 included working as the Service Design Lead on a Customer Experience (CRM) and Financial Transformation Programme at Walsall Council and as Assignment Lead designing an ERP Support Target Operating Model Design at Wiltshire Council. As a Principal Consultant for Socitm Advisory, my role was to act as a subject matter expert as part of the Design and Change team for our clients, ensuring confident and competent delivery of programmes across all of our service offerings. In 2019, I led the research, discovery and analysis for Digital Transformation in Cornwall by working directly with Residents, Partners, Councillors and Directorates to create a digital vision and strategy for the next 5-10 years. Outputs included a financial business case evidenced by 75+ case studies, showing how digital innovation can boost workforce productivity, improve customer experience, tackle the climate emergency, promote health and wellbeing and increase prosperity in Cornwall, with an investment proposal to develop our 5 enterprise platforms and underpinning technical infrastructure.Between 2016 and 2019, I provided Enterprise, Strategic and Technical level Business Analysis support on a 3yr £20m Digital Investment Programme. My role was to find digital solutions that met customer needs across all Council Services and 6 x Directorates.
