Joe Galloway is a senior consultant with Quintel Management Consulting and focuses on the utility (water, gas and electric) and public sector industry. He is responsible for marketing and sales, working directly with the executive team to drive business objectives. He has participated in performance improvement, technology review projects, implementations, and a number of benchmarking assignments throughout his five years with Quintel-MC. Joe’s primary focus has been with SAP ERP, specifically EAM, and SAP IS-U and IS-PS components, focusing on work management and service management business processes.In past projects he has worked with cohesively with director level in various capacities including: knowledge transfer, schedule control/advisement, minutes tracking, test strategy development and reporting. Joe has extensive experience in testing and previously held roles as a Defect Manager, Test Lead, and Test Manager for a large scale implementation (over 450 RICEFWs) throughout the projects entire lifecycle.
