Highly motivated and experienced IT professional with Software QA experience. I've cultivated the majority of my professional competencies with Apple and I've had rare opportunities to contribute to the global retail success of Apple through QA User Acceptance Testing of multiple retail systems including: customer facing, existing POS and new GEO expansion systems and influencing our team performance. I've lead groups of Global UAT teams to ensure that any potential bugs are found and resolved prior to production in order to provide the highest level of quality expected of an Apple system.
