I have strong skills in One to One support from Nursery to Year Six as well as running small groups and In Class support activities.Phonics teaching is one of my strengths.I have a good knowledge of Jolly Phonics, Letters and Sounds as well as other styles and can help children who are struggling to grasp reading and writing to master the letter sounds and shapes - to blend/segment and develop until they can read for themselves. It is a wonderful thing to help individuals to do.A highly creative and resourceful person, I have enjoyed teaching as a way of having a direct impact on others to empower learning and build confidence.

Southampton office won Robert Half 'Best Small Office in the World ' Award while I was part of the team due to rapid expansion and a lot of hard work growing the business - an amazing feat for an office of six consultants at the time.I built business in new areas to add to an existing strong Southampton City market share including working on clients as far as Bournemouth ,Chichester and Winchester concentrating on Finance Interims and Temporaries across the salary range.Clients included Hospitals, Councils, Universities, Charities, Practice, Lawyers as well as local manufacturing operations of small, medium and large scales.A relocation to Nottingham meant a move to the newly acquired Robert Half operation there and the build up of a small local agency database into a local market leader over the next five years.I concentrated on building strong client relationships including Experian, Boots, Nottingham City and County Councils, the separate Nottingham City Hospital and QMC Hospital, Cussons ,various Courtaulds Textile companies as well as Practice ,Charities and local small/medium manufacturers.

I initially joined Hays Accountancy Personnel to recruit Permanent Finance Personnel in clerical , part qualified, Qualified by Experience and Qualified Accountancy roles in the Hampshire area in Industry, Practice and Public Sector organisations. Speed and accuracy meant that I filled roles quickly and was offered a move to recruit Finance Interims and Temporary roles which proved very successful and the start of my recruitment career proper. Clients included Tambrands, Marconi, Shiphams, De La Rue, County Councils and local Hospitals.
