Compiling & helping students with CV’s. Training in interview skills & confidence building. Motivation workshop to help the students to become job ready. Working directly with the IAG worker from JobCentre Plus and with the work placement co-ordinator and learning about benefits that are applicable to the clients. Liaising with outside agencies who provide additional training and support to trainee and refer clients to the Kings Cross Construction. Assisting with delivery of Initial Assessments for clients wishing to study for the CSCS (Construction Skills Certificate Scheme). Outreach work with London Borough of Camden job brokerage agencies (Camden Working and At Work), Connexions and local community groups. Nominated and train Fire Warden for training centre.
