• Manage and monitor activities of all employees in the front office department making sure they adhere the standards of excellence, hotel policies and procedures, training and correcting where needed.• Compiles information, analyzes and monitors actual sales against projected sales, generate and provides accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentation etc.• Inform all front office staff of daily activities, group and VIP arrivals as well as special requests and repeat guests. Check accommodations, making sure and special requests are carried out accordingly.• Maintain a professional and high quality service oriented environment at all times.• Set front office budget, monitor profit & loss and cash handling throughout the year. Supervise up sell program at the Front office and work as part of the yield management team to try and maximize revenue for the hotel.• Work closely with the housekeeping Department to improve guest services and foster cross departmental communication, coordinate daily activities with hotel management team on daily basis.• Hold monthly department meetings keeping staff informed of all activities in the hotel, reinforcing standards of excellence and promoting a strong team atmosphere and culture.• Use of channel manager for changing the rate on different portals, checking of rate disparity on all portals.• Software :- WIN HMS

• Responsible for night auditing and preparing night audit report.• Handle guest complaints and queries and making guest stay comfortable by fulfilling their requirements as per hotel standards.• Handle Front Desk Operations including taking FIT arrivals, Crew arrivals & group arrivals.• Managing shift & ensuring the smooth functioning of the operations during shift.• Taking reservations.• Handling all the cash transactions which include check outs and foreign exchange.• Responsible for the smooth functioning of the entire front office department.
