Installation of People Counting System & responsible for managing the smooth running of the Technical Support Team, ensuring that the SLAs are met and quality targets are reached and maintained.Responsible for providing answers to clients by identifying problems, research, diagnose to resolve customer issues. Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.To troubleshoot areas of poor performance and identify effective solutions to resolve issues both in the immediate future and for the longer term.Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to People Counting System. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution.
