Having started my career as a teacher, I firmly believe in using knowledge management and process designs that support this endeavour to fully enabling staff to be part of a high performing organisation. I have co-built and directed two large companies that employ over 500 people. I bring deep domain expertise in process design, recruitment of new staff and am considered to be the ‘resident conflict resolution management’ expert.
