    As part of the wider Ecommerce team, I am responsible for the successful implementation of new change into stores, delivering strategy and transformation but also improving the colleague journey across platforms. As a business partner I support stores and coach colleagues with store visits and remotely to consistently deliver the business metrics and overall experience for the customer. My two regions consist of 248 stores these are made up of own brand Ecommerce platform and our online rapid partner Deliveroo and Uber Eats I was instrumental in successfully launching a partnership with our new Amazon online platform and was involved from the beginning of the project. My expertise also lends itself to parcel services such as John Lewis, Amazon and DPD launching new stores and supporting with the after care through close workings with the parcel services team. I was selected through interview to represent the Ecommerce team on a wider Coop marketing team programme called the social hub. I also have been part of the Coop colleague voice, this is a community who listen to the voice of their colleagues to drive change and make the work place a better place to work. Within my role this has lead me to also work with my stores and my regions to raise money for local and national causes for our communities through in store and external events.
