I am a UK trained Clinical Psychologist living in Denmark, with a strong education in psychological understandings, combined with broad experience and passion for applying these in a range of real world settings. I have training in CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, systemic theory, parenting approaches and coaching. - Trainer and Group FacilitatorI have strong skills and experience in delivering training in psychological approaches, and in facilitating lively, thought-provoking and highly relevant group workshops, which receive very positive feedback. I currently lead courses around communication skills, core psychological skills, coaching skills and supervision. - Psychological ConsultantI believe psychology has a role to play in many broad settings, and bring enthusiasm and excellent communication skills to ensure that psychological ideas are relevant and useful, and likely to promote positive change.
