Waterproof bike covers, waterproof helmet covers & waterproof rucksack covers. Our baby accessory product range covers various styles of buggy organisers. I joined the established BTR as Co-Owner and Director working alongside one other Owner and Director as it started to move away from selling DVDs and I was involved in research and development so that BTR started to sell its own branded bike bags, helmet covers rucksack covers, buggy organisers and high visibility leisure & Sports clothing. Obtained CE Certification for UK & EU for relevant high visibility clothing products. Product Showcasing – creating content for each product, including photos, videos and descriptions. Liaison with external providers including translators, photographers and digital agencies. Existing Product Development - Liaising with the factories about changes or improvements to be made to any existing products or samples received. Checking specifications and quality, providing feedback and communicating via email with the factories. New Product Development - Sending design ideas to the factories to manufacture the items based on our designs. Providing clear instructions as to the design and feedback on the design and materials used. Product Listings - Writing product descriptions for each item and, where applicable, getting them translated and uploading them on to the relevant platform. Directing external photographers as to how we wanted these items to be represented. Creating enhanced content on Amazon UK, USA and DE and liaising with external agencies.Customer Service - Dealing with customer emails, telephone calls, social media comments and requests daily
