Managed teams of up to 14 technical resources consisting of technical leads, software engineers and external sub-contractors for a highly complex technical project for the Department of Defense (DoD).Led efforts to effectively scale the DSAID system for the DoD from supporting one service community to all branches of the DoD by defining a vision, strategy and road-map for transforming a silo-oriented application into an integrated, scalable case management system and data warehouse. Led informational change to the mandated Annual Report to Congress by automating business analysis and report generation, resulting in significant government labor savings of 8,404/hours annually. Designed workflows and data models, maintained data dictionaries and provided support for requirements development for MicroStrategy and Entellitrak applications. Actively applied a variety of methodologies to achieve development goals to include Agile, Scrum, ITIL, Waterfall, CMMI and PMBOK.Provided technical support and consulting services to DoD clients in application development, data architecture, data modeling, business intelligence design, data warehousing and data migration.Supervised multiple task orders on the DSAID project concurrently with budgets ranging from $400,000 to $2.5MM with an overall contract ceiling of $20MM.Led systems administration and maintenance of Oracle 11g and SQL Server 2012 systems.
